Our Leadership Team

The purpose of the leadership team is to:
Provide leadership to the organization, monitor the activities of the organization, provide support to the Board of directors and operationalize the board’s strategic result statements. The Leadership team considers the big picture, coordinates resources and ensures quality services.


Esther McDonald: Chief Executive Officer
To oversee all operations of CAFCL as defined through the Board Result Statements while abiding by the CEO Constraint Policies. This position is the highest level of administrative supervision and authority.


Robin Good: Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the management of CAFCL’s Human Resource through recruitment, selection, orientation, policy development, training, appraisals process and relationship development / support.


Leevi Hafso: Program Director of Adult Services
Oversees and coordinates all Adult Services programs offered by CAFCL including residential, outreach, support homes, day program, Rose Club, Sexuality & Education programming.


Stacey Olstad: Program Director of Family Services
Oversees and coordinates all family Services programs that CAFCL offers. This includes Family Support Program (One-One Support Services to Families, Family Respite, Summer Camp, Sibshops) TIPS; Teaching Independence and Parenting Support and PCAP; Parent Child Assistance Program.
