Our Leadership Team

The purpose of the leadership team is to:
Provide leadership to the organization, monitor the activities of the organization, provide support to the Board of directors and operationalize the board’s strategic result statements. The Leadership team considers the big picture, coordinates resources and ensures quality services.

Robin Good: Chief Executive Officer
To oversee all operations of CAFCL as defined through the Board Result Statements while abiding by the CEO Constraint Policies. This position is the highest level of administrative supervision and authority.

Jenn Knopf: Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the management of CAFCL’s Human Resource through recruitment, selection, orientation, policy development, training, appraisals process and relationship development / support.

Leevi Hafso: Program Director of Adult Services
Oversees and coordinates all Adult Services programs offered by CAFCL including residential, outreach, support homes, day program, Rose Club, Sexuality & Education programming.

Stacey Olstad: Program Director of Family Services
Oversees and coordinates all Family Services programs that CAFCL offers. This includes Family Support Program (One-One Support Services to families, Kandu Summer Camp, Summer Leaders In Training), Healthy Families Program and Jobs4Youth Program.

Brenda Robbins: Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for keeping an accurate and current record of all financial matters for CAFCL. The Finance Manager provides accurate, timely financial and statistical information to help make superior decisions and plans as well as to evaluate previous decisions. .

CAFCL office is open to the public. When you visit you will be asked to follow a screening process, wear a mask and adhere to Alberta Health Services recommendations. We also have a secure mailbox located outside the front door. If you want you can call ahead and speak to reception and they can meet you outside the front door if that works better for you!
