CAFCL is a community focused organization providing services to people to develop skills and build quality of life.

Family Support

This program is helping to strengthen families who have children with special health and/or developmental concerns through a variety of opportunities. The Family Support Program offers families encouragement and support to deal with their experiences and assists families in accessing community programs.

Referral Form

One to One Support

CAFCL offers one to one personal support to families by listening and providing encouragement and support with transition planning, funding, advocacy, and other areas of importance to the family. This support is provided in a way that best meets the family’s unique circumstances (phone, email, personal contact etc).

Information Sessions

A variety of educational events are offered periodically throughout the year for families and professionals who work with children with special health and developmental concerns. The sessions also offer opportunities for families to connect with other families and gain more information.
