Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for the management of CAFCL’s Human Resource through recruitment, selection, orientation, policy development, training, appraisals process and relationship development / support.

Program Director of Adult Services
Oversees and coordinates all Adult Services programs offered by CAFCL including residential, outreach, support homes, day program, Rose Club, Sexuality & Education programming.

Program Director of Family Services
Oversees and coordinates all Family Services programs that CAFCL offers. This includes Family Support Program (One-One Support Services to families, Kandu Summer Camp, Summer Leaders In Training), Healthy Families Program and Jobs4Youth Program.

Finance Manager
The Finance Manager is responsible for keeping an accurate and current record of all financial matters for CAFCL. The Finance Manager provides accurate, timely financial and statistical information to help make superior decisions and plans as well as to evaluate previous decisions.
